Celebrating National Quesadilla Day with Lunch for MariCorp Employees

In a celebration of National Quesadilla Day, the MariCorp employees were treated to a company-wide luncheon featuring fresh homemade quesadillas, aimed to honor the hard work and dedication of the staff while indulging in a beloved culinary classic.

The aroma of melted cheese and freshly grilled onions, peppers and tortillas filled the air as the company’s leadership swapped their laptops for aprons.

Plates were served up with an array of quesadilla fillings, from traditional options like grilled chicken, seasoned ground beef and sautéed onions and peppers to more adventurous choices like spicy guacamole salsa and creamy cilantro sauce.

Becky fried up fresh sopapilla strips for dessert, coated in cinnamon sugar, while Melanie helped to serve up food fresh off the grill to hungry people.

Other side dishes include brownies brought in by Angela, and a layered bean dip casserole and salsas courtesy of Melanie.

MariCorp US continues to prioritize employee engagement and well-being, appreciative that such activities contribute significantly to overall productivity and job satisfaction. National Quesadilla Day served not just as a celebration of delicious food but also as a testament to the company’s commitment to its people.
