MariCorp Employees Treated to Cinco de Mayo Meal 2023

 

MariCorp employees were treated to a special Cinco de Mayo meal featuring citrus asada ground beef, chicken adobo, pulled pork carnitas, refried beans, cilantro lime rice, queso dip, sweet plantains, and all the fixings for a great meal! Our resident cook, Luis Cuestas, smoked and slow cooked pulled pork carnitas (everyone’s favorite), with citrus asada ground beef and chicken adobo as the main courses. The crew look forward to these luncheons, which have been everything from pizza parties, to chili meals to burgers, brats and grilled chicken, throughout the year.
