MariCorp National Bratwurst Day Lunch 2024

MariCorp employees celebrated a troika of observances, encompassing National Bratwurst Day, National Kool-Aid Day and National Hawaiian Shirt Day! A variety of Harter House Brats were sampled, including Jalapeño Cheddar, Sassy BBQ, Pineapple Brown Sugar, regular Cheddar Brats and some quarter pound all-beef hot dogs.

Melanie mixed up batches of Kool-Aid, including a couple of sugar free versions. Spicy sauteed onions were cooked up fresh, and served along with traditional condiments. We’re still waiting for Hawaiian themed welders’ uniforms to come out!
