Waterfront Marina

Waterfront Marina is the Shoals area’s most modern marina. This elegant marina offers scenic views and comfortable gathering areas. The harbor is protected by its location in the Shoal Creek arm of Wilson Lake. The marina offers several amenities, including potable water, shore power, satellite TV and WiFi. In addition, the marina provides dry slip storage for boats up to 40 feet.

Maricorp assisted in the development process by designing the marina and helping the owner obtain permits. The completed marina provides both covered and uncovered slips for boats up to 50 feet in length. Waterfront Marina features a unique roof that stylishly unites a hip roof with a clerestory vent running the length of each dock, a wooden wave attenuator built into the dock system to protect boats moored closest to the channel, and specialized gangway landings that provide a near seamless transition from the gangways to the docks.
