WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET AT WORK DAY 2023 IS MAY 19
Wear Your Life Jacket to Work Day is a campaign designed to help bring awareness about the use of life jackets and the many different types of jackets that are available. Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite life jacket to work and to post a photo on their favorite social media site. Since the event was introduced in 2010, there have been more than 40,000 participants worldwide.
Wear Your Life Jacket At Work Day is also the pre-kickoff to the annual National Safe Boating Week, May 19 – May 25, sponsored by the National Safe Boating Council. Take the Life Jacket Pledge or fill out a life jacket pledge card. A free boating safety PDF calendar of summer events can be downloaded from the Safe Boating Campaign website.
