As part of this landmark development, MariCorp US fabricated the custom structural platform that supports the pool installation, a complex and precision-engineered foundation that enabled the city’s vision for elevated recreation and waterfront access. The platform was designed to accommodate the structural loads and dynamic urban environment, integrating seamlessly with the marina’s overall infrastructure.
Beyond the engineering, 31st Street Harbor is a full-service destination, offering transient slips, on-site fuel, electric hook-ups, a boater’s lounge, and proximity to walking trails, beaches, and public transit.
