Clearwater Cove

Clearwater Cove is the latest and largest gated community development on Norris Lake, noted for its lush forest and crystal clear waters.

Since Clearwater Cove was a new development, Maricorp was able to assist in designing and engineering the floating marina from the outset. Phase One included two covered boat docks consisting of 48 slips with an 8’ x 170’ hinged floating walkway and a 6’ x 24’ gangway, which allows for continuous access to the marina during times of extreme water levels, high or low. The docks have concrete decking, potable water, shore power, and slip dividers, providing easier docking.
